Now Celebrating our 11th year in the industry, the Levene Group in a nutshell aims to encompass ‘everything property’. Now specialising in Freehold acquisition and Sales the commercial department has grown from strength to strength. The team has also experienced high levels of transactions in the leasehold market, in both securing tenants for landlords and acquiring specific units for searching tenants. The surveying team handles a large array of professional work including probate valuations, rent reviews, RICS red book compliant valuations, CPR valuation, Party Wall Awards, Lease renewals and loan security for a number of financial institutions. The football
We all had a great time at both St John’s Infants and St John’s Junior School where the team placed themselves in the firing line during a session of penalty shoot out. We were delighted to raise in excess of £1500 towards our local schools’ needs and look forward to continuing our efforts next year.
